- What counts as a seat?
- One seat gives one person access to Atlas. Seats are used by active administrators, managers and learners, plus any pending invitations. Deactivating a member or revoking an invitation frees the seat again.
- How much does Atlas cost?
- Atlas is priced per seat, in SGD. You can choose monthly billing at S$30 per seat per month, or annual billing at S$240 per seat per year — which works out to S$20 per seat a month and saves S$120 per seat each year.
- What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
- The plan and features are identical — only the billing frequency changes. Monthly is billed every month at S$30 per seat. Annual is billed once a year at S$240 per seat, saving about 33% versus paying monthly across the year.
- Can I change the number of seats later?
- Yes. You can add seats from Billing Settings as your team grows. Reductions take effect at your next renewal, once you're within the lower seat count.
- What happens when a team member leaves?
- Deactivate them in People and their seat is released for someone else — no extra charge within your purchased capacity.
- What's included?
- Every seat includes the full Atlas toolset: AI-assisted generation, the course builder, assessments, Atlas Learn delivery, certificates, and reporting — on both billing options.
- Will the subscription renew automatically?
- Yes — it renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You'll manage renewal and payment details securely through Stripe.
- How do promotion codes work?
- If you have an Atlas promotion code, enter it at checkout. A valid code that covers the full amount lets you set up your organisation without a payment.
- Is payment processed through Stripe?
- Yes. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe-hosted Checkout — Atlas never sees or stores your card details.
- What happens after checkout?
- We email you a secure link to set up your organisation, invite your team and turn your first document into training.
