Privacy notice
Atlas is an employee-training platform operated by Hustle Pte Ltd. This notice explains, in plain terms, the personal data Atlas processes and how it is handled. It is a draft pending review by our data-protection adviser and is not legal advice.
Who is responsible
Your employer (the organisation that invited you) decides what training you receive and is responsible for your data within Atlas. Hustle Pte Ltd provides and operates the platform on their behalf.
What personal data we process
Your name and email; your organisation, role and team; your training assignments, lesson progress, assessment attempts and scores; certificates you earn; and a record of important actions (audit log). Billing contacts and subscription details are processed for paying customers.
How we collect it
From your employer's invitation, from your use of Atlas, and from the documents your administrators upload to create training.
Why we process it
To deliver assigned training, record completion and issue certificates, let your organisation track progress, operate the service securely, and handle billing.
Service providers
Atlas uses a small set of providers to run: cloud hosting and database, an AI provider to generate training from your documents, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an email provider for notifications. See the data-processing information.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards apply. Specific regions are confirmed with each provider's contract.
How long we keep it
Learning records and certificates are kept so your organisation retains an accurate training history. Uploaded source documents may be retired on a retention schedule your administrator sets. Some records are kept where required for audit, security or legal reasons.
Security
Access is restricted by role, data is isolated per organisation at the database level, connections are encrypted, and important actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your choices
You can download a copy of your data or request a formal export or deletion from your Your data page. You can ask your administrator to correct your name or details. Some deletions may be limited where records must be retained.
Breach notification
If a data breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will assess it and follow applicable notification obligations, working with your organisation as appropriate.
